(This package is for couples who choose to plan their wedding independently but need assistance to make sure all details are executed to precision.)

  • 1 Three months Prior to Wedding – Initial Consultation between the Wedding Couple and Wedding Coordinator to review the wedding day plans, discuss vendor selection, décor, timelines for the rehearsal and wedding reception, details of the floor plan and all other responsibilities.
  • 2 Wedding Vendor details given to coordinator to make sure the wedding goes as planned.
  • 3 Assist with creation of a detailed floor plan including guest tables and all other required tables, including buffet tables, D.J table, gift table, memory table, place card table, etc.
  • 4 Coordination of Rehearsal and Ceremony
  • 5 Supervision of Venue set up
  • 6 Creation of wedding day itinerary
  • 7 Open Communication between Vendors and Wedding Coordinator
  • 8 Point Person between Wedding Couple, Family and Friends
  • 9 Coordinate and Supervise the Rehearsal
  • 10 Coordinate and Supervise the Ceremony
  • 11 Coordinate and Supervise the Reception
  • 12 Handling of all final details including dinner service, toasts, first dance, restroom hospitality packages, vendor tipping and garbage removal
